  • Juice of 1 lemon

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Three garlic cloves, very finely minced
  • 1 – 1 ½ lbs. raw uncooked, wild medium-sized shrimp, peeled and divined
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes

Directions

  1. Warmth oil in a big frying pan over medium warmth. Add the onion and cook dinner till it’s clear, about Three-Four minutes. Add the cauliflower and broth and convey to a boil. Stir often, till tender, about eight minutes. Take away the pan from the warmth.
